Rachel grew up in Digby County, Nova Scotia and then moved to Halifax to pursue a career in Massage Therapy, graduating from ICT Northumberland College in 2017.

Throughout her career, Rachel has found her niche in deep tissue, therapeutic treatments. She enjoys working with postural dysfunctions and sports injuries, but likes taking on any case that is presented to her. She is also very goal-oriented in her approach, incorporating deep tissue techniques and utilizing cupping therapy, to reach patient’s individual goals effectively.

Nate completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University after earning his Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor. During his academic years, he specialized in movement science, conducting athletic performance testing with OUA football, soccer, and hockey teams. He also completed a thesis in the field of ergonomics and cognitive workload. During this time, he also worked as both a rehabilitation assistant and a fitness instructor.

Before moving to the East Coast, Nate practiced in Ontario, where he worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons, specializing in both conservative and post-operative care. His expertise includes ACL and meniscal injuries, labral tears, joint replacements, and rotator cuff pathologies. With experience across the lifespan, he also manages chronic pain, osteoarthritis, and a wide range of other musculoskeletal conditions. During his time in Hamilton, his clinic partnered with professional football and soccer teams, including the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC.

Nate is passionate about evidence-based care and takes a collaborative approach to treatment. He emphasizes education, exercise, and lifestyle strategies to empower clients and help them build confidence in their movement. His rehabilitation philosophy combines manual therapy, exercise, dry needling, and other modalities with an active, functional approach tailored to each individual’s goals.

Lindsey grew up in a small rural town in Ontario, where her passion for movement began through competitive gymnastics. She later moved to Nova Scotia to attend Acadia University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition before relocating to Halifax. Before becoming a Massage Therapist, Lindsey worked as a personal trainer and coach, supporting clients in building strength, confidence, and healthier habits. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in May 2025. Lindsey’s practice focuses on supporting active adults and athletes in moving and feeling their best. Dr. Maddy Hiscock was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia and found her passion for rehabilitation at a young age through competitive sports. She pursued a Bachelor of Science at Mount Saint Vincent University where she was a member and captain of the Women’s Varsity Basketball Team. She continued her education and graduated cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She has remained active in her community through volunteer work as a member of the medical team for the 2022 ICF Canoe Sprint and Paracanoe World Championship and as coach and mentor for young athletes. Dr. Maddy believes in and is committed to utilizing an evidence-based approach to care and taking the time to provide patients with the education and knowledge required to understand the source of their pain. She uses an array of manual techniques such as manipulation and mobilizations, functional acupuncture and tailored exercise programs. Dr. Josie Webster was born and raised in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and has been active in her community through sport and volunteer work. Her involvement in competitive sports inspired her to complete a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University. After working as a Kinesiologist for several years, she returned to school and graduated magna cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Josie utilizes an evidence-based approach to care, combining the latest scientific evidence with her clinical expertise to tailor individualized treatment plans for her patients.
